Why we started WeUniteBrands (and why now is the moment)

It started like the best ideas do: during carnival, with a beer in hand. We saw entrepreneurs with great products who were stuck on the technology around it.

It started like the best ideas do: during carnival, with a beer in hand.

We got talking about a frustration we'd both been carrying for a while. We saw more and more entrepreneurs around us with beautiful products and growth ambitions, but who were getting stuck on something entirely different from their product or marketing: the technology around it.

"There has to be a platform where you as a brand owner can focus on your store," we said to each other. "Not on integrations, not on fulfillment partners, not on technical systems that don't talk to each other."

That evening we decided: we're going to build this. Maybe a bit too enthusiastic. Maybe because of the beers. But we meant it.

The problem we keep seeing

As soon as you outgrow your garage as a brand, you end up in a strange split. You're too big for the basic DIY solutions, but too small to be interesting to the large fulfillment parties.

You want to deliver professionally — within 24 hours, with track & trace, neatly packed — but to get access to that, you often need to guarantee minimum volumes you're nowhere near yet. Or you pay an astronomical amount for custom integrations between your webshop and your logistics partner.

Meanwhile, you're debugging APIs when you should actually be launching your new collection.

Our solution: access to professional fulfillment, for everyone

WeUniteBrands — or WUB, as we call it — is our answer to this problem.

It's a smart order-to-delivery platform that's directly integrated with large, professional fulfillment partners. Partners that you as a smaller player normally find hard to access.

You focus on your brand and growth. We handle the processing, shipping, and give you complete overview of your orders.

And here's where it gets interesting: the more brands join, the sharper we can collectively purchase. Small brands get access to conditions normally reserved for the big players.

Why now?

E-commerce has matured. Consumers expect the same service from a starting brand as from established players. Delivery within 24 hours is no longer a luxury, it's standard.

But the tools to make that happen? They're still often only accessible to parties with big budgets and technical teams.

We believe it can be different. That professional e-commerce doesn't have to be reserved for companies with million-dollar budgets.

Who is this for?

WeUniteBrands is built for entrepreneurs who've outgrown their garage but are (still) too small for a large fulfillment party. For brands that want to be completely taken care of so they can do what they're good at: building their brand.

Whether you sell toys, make merchandise for carnival associations, or launch a beauty line — if you want to deliver professionally without the technical headache, then WUB is for you.

What's next?

We've just gone live and are looking for early adopters who want to grow with us. Brands that give feedback, co-create, and together take this platform to the next level.

Do you recognize yourself in this? Or do you know an entrepreneur this would be perfect for? Get in touch for a demo and discover what WUB can mean for your brand.

Who knows, your success story might also start with a conversation. The beers are on us :-)
